Place your order from the downloadable catalogue by emailing in your order or directly from the bread market shopping cart and choose Local Pick-Up as your delivery option. Minimum order of $40.00 required for LOCAL PICK-UP option. Your options will be UPS/USPS mail order or LOCAL PICK-UP. NO shipping fees will ever apply if you choose LOCAL PICK-UP. We accept all major CC's and PPAL and checks or money orders.

Your order must be received no later than the 20th of the current month. If the 15th falls on a Sunday you will have a one day grace period and orders will be accepted until the 16th at midnite.

All LOCAL PICK-UP orders will be assembled, packaged, and ready with a paid-in-full receipt, for you to pick up on the last Friday of each month. We are available for LOCAL PICK-UP from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. on the last Friday of each month - sunshine, little dark rain clouds, showers, or snow!

Directions will be given to you via email after your order is processed and option is for local pick up. This service is given to all my customers who are close enough to our homestead to be able to save the steep shipping charges of buying whole foods & grains in bulk. Please Note: We do not operate a store front with regular business hours and thus you will need to plan your bulk food purchases accordingly. We are only setting aside one day for pick up of local area bulk grains, mixers, & bread market orders.

Payment is made in full at the time the order is placed [we accept all major CC's - PPAL - checks or moneyorders via mail]. Your PICK-UP order be paid in full by the 15th day of the month. Refunds will be issued at the time of pickup for any possible out-of-stock items not available on your PICK-UP day. All effort will be made to have all your items available to you and we guarantee your orders will be packed and ready for pick up promptly on pick up day and will include your PAID receipt.
NO refunds are issued for orders NOT picked up on the specified pick up day [set for the last Friday of each month] unless you send a written request showing extenuating circumstances. PAID orders NOT picked up on the specified pick up day [last Friday of each month 9a.m. - 4p.m.] will be donated to a family in need. Email reminders will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled PICK-UP day to remind you to pick up order.
